- 請於收貨時檢查貨物。一旦發現貨品有損壞， 請於收貨後24小時內致電本公司或電郵至info@healthygreen.com.hk ; 待確認後可於翌日起計一星期內安排換貨，屆時須出示發票。
- 取消訂單需於送貨前不少於24小時內通知，否則不能安排退款。如需退款，本公司會扣除15%作為行政費用。
- 如未能根據訂單供貨，本公司保證，安排退款或換貨。
- 如有爭議，綠寶(國際)食品有限公司將有最後決定權。
